1.1.1. Service — an online platform providing cryptocurrency exchange services.

1.1.2. User — a legally capable individual carrying out exchange operations using the Service.

1.1.3. Parties — the collective designation of the Service and the User.

2. Scope of the Agreement

2.2. The provisions of this Agreement apply to all types of operations available on the platform.

2.3. By starting to use the Service, the User automatically accepts the terms of this Agreement.

2.4. This Agreement is a public offer. Acceptance is the User's action of creating a Request.

2.5. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties shall be settled on the basis of this document.

3. Rules for Conducting Exchange Operations

3.1. To perform an exchange, the User fills out an electronic form on the Website, specifying the direction, amount, and receiving details.

3.2. When creating a Request, the User selects the rate type:

3.2.1. Fixed rate — the rate value is set at the time of Request creation and remains unchanged until payment completion or until the payment time expires.

3.2.2. Floating rate — the final amount is calculated according to the current market rate at the time the Request is processed by the Service.

3.3. After creating a Request, the User is obliged to transfer funds to the specified details within the established timeframe.

3.4. If funds are not received within the established timeframe, the Request is automatically cancelled.

3.5. Request processing begins after confirmation of funds receipt and takes up to 180 minutes.

3.6. The exchange is considered executed at the moment the cryptocurrency is credited to the User's wallet.

3.7. Cancellation of a Request after processing has begun is not possible.

4. Obligations and Liability of the Service

4.1. The Service undertakes to:

4.1.1. Perform cryptocurrency conversion in accordance with the parameters of the created Request.

4.1.2. Ensure uninterrupted operation of the platform and availability of the Service to Users.

4.2.2. Errors made by the User when providing details.

The main factors for choosing our exchange service

We work with crypto of any origin

Without logging and digital traces

We don't store visit logs, don't collect IP addresses, and don't keep transaction data. All exchange information is automatically deleted. No traces — technically, it's impossible to prove you used the service.

Untraceable transactions
